Important Points

• Gratuities Charges are not included in the price and have to be paid onboard the cruise
• For security reasons, guests must adhere to the check-in time specified by the cruise line or arrive at the port on time to complete check-in, immigration, and security procedures. These processes can be time-consuming, and failure to comply may result in the cruise line denying boarding. Guests should ensure they are inside the ship at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time
• Disembarkation usually begins 2 hours after docking
• Itineraries are subject to change at any time without notice

• Guests can enjoy a variety of brand-name shops onboard, allowing them to shop conveniently and make purchases directly on the cruise
• Guests can enjoy the onboard casino services, but all purchases or games played must be paid for directly onboard
• Guests can explore a variety of shore excursions, available for purchase separately, with payment made directly onboard
• Laundry and other special services are available onboard and must be paid separately at the ship

Terms and Conditions

• Cruise is subject to availability at the time of booking on a first come first serve basis
• Passengers bear full responsibility for ensuring they meet the health, passport, and visa prerequisites of their intended travel destination
• The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure
• In compliance with the immigration regulations of the destination, it is incumbent upon passengers to ensure they possess a valid passport both before and throughout their travel. This also extends to any necessary visa requirements that must be acquired by the traveler before embarking on their journey to the destination for which the package is being booked
• Due to the several circumstances that remain out of our control and jurisdiction like adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. The displayed price tag is subject to change without any prior notice
• 100% payment is required for the confirmation of the package
• Astha Travel & Tourism assumes no responsibility if a passenger is unable to travel due to passport or visa-related issues
• The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions
• The promotion (if any) is valid subject to the availability of the Cruise/Cabin
• Gratuities Charges are over and above the cost cruise cost and need to be paid on the cruise itself directly by the customer
